[TLA]

It was a dark and stormy night as kids came out for the annual trick or treat festivities. Howling animals could be heard in the distance as a thick layer of fog fell over the city. It was the kind of night where it felt like evil was truly afoot and danger lurked around every corner.

Kids: Trick or treat!

Homeowner: Happy Halloween! Enjoy your candy… While you can…

The homeowner laughed maliciously as the children bit into their candy and unleashed a blood curdling scream. For the innocent ninos had not realized the razor blades that had been strategically placed within their candy. But another had as the scream had not in fact come from biting down on the candy but rather another shadowy figure lunging out from the fog to tackle the child to the ground to prevent the injury from occurring.

???: Grrrr…..

The child looked up in terror as a massive beast stood over him proud of what had just been stopped from occurring. The other children dropped the candy and fled in fear as the gigantic muscular hound moved through the fog and used its powerful back legs to kick the candy into the nearby bushes. The dog then turned around having saved the children with bared teeth as long as a knife and lunged towards the door of the house.

Homeowner: THE FUCK IS THIS?!? THE FUCK IS THAT!?!?

The homeowner shrieked as the massive dawg pounced through the wooden door tearing it into a million splinters that flew off in all directions. The demon dawg had violence in its eyes and the homeowner had only a few quick seconds to react. He rolled off his couch and ran as fast as he could into another room. He then fled upstairs and threw himself into his closet slamming the doors shut before the hound could reach him.

Homeowner: This gotta be them damn kids’ fault! Don’t they know we have leash laws in this neighborhood?!?!

The homeowner became very quiet as he peered outside a crack in the door of the closet. The massive mutant dog with muscles bulging from every limb walked into the room sniffing around in search of its prey. The homeowner quickly caught himself from saying anything more trying to stay as still and quiet as possible in hopes the dog would give up and go away. The dog rummaged around the room a bit tearing into a bag of beef jerky which it quickly consumed in one bite before seemingly convinced the quarry had fled elsewhere left the room.

Homeowner: Good good. It’s gone. It’s over. I’m safe now.

The man opened up the door as he cautiously left and looked around the house but there was no one to be seen. He made his way back down to the candy and began slipping more razor blades inside.

Homeowner: Hehehe these little monsters are going to pay! They think that they can eat all of this unhealthy candy and have fun on my watch?!? No I won’t allow that! These kids should be working in the factory instead of gorging themselves on their parents’ hard work! Lazy little pieces of trash…

The doorbell rang again as the homeowner smiled sinisterly with a mouth of very few remaining teeth. He laughed to himself and grabbed the bowl of razor blade loaded candy and made his way to the door once more.

Homeowner: Happy Halloween!!! You know you are supposed to say trick or treat right?!?! What kind of costume is that? Oh a big white sheet… You are kind of big for a ghost. You should probably be dieting instead of eating all this candy little miss-

Suddenly the white sheet of the “ghost” went flying as the massive hound burst out from beneath. The homeowner screamed in terror as the bowl of candy went flying everywhere. The camera panned away as the white sheet could be heard slowly falling to the ground. The camera panned outwards as the screams slowly silenced and the sheet soon began to be stained redder and redder until the camera faded to black.

TLA: Yoyoyo it be that time of year. It be that spooky season up in here. Ain’t no telling what kind of terrors there be out there. Some people getting they horror movies in. Some people getting that candy in. But for yo boi you know the real terrors finna be unleashed tomorrow night. Gonna be Adam Lucas’ worst nightmare I step into that ring. Got him shaking and pissing he self in fear when TLA music hit and he realizes the reality of the situation he in. He like a victim in a slasher film I be hunting him down with my machete bout to slice and dice this gringo up. Send him back to gringolandia in pieces. He gonna have all he pieces but one cuz he gonna lose that real important piece to he self. That golden piece that oro that you know imma be strapping all around my sexy waist out there when I put the homie down for the count real quick. Ain’t gonna be no survivors when I get through. I be goin’ hard doin’ this shit straight savage mode out there and y’all already know who it is y’all already know how I roll. Cuatro campeonatos finna be that headline all over this country. Gonna have Adam Lucas laying in a pool of he own blood cuz Steroid Dawg not the only monster out there lurkin’ on this Halloween. Getting ready to lay it all on the line. This one gonna be the big one. I ain’t even got the palabras for it cuz of how much hype there be out there. The whole Voltage brand might not survive this. The clash between two unstoppable guerreros up in that ring gonna change the game like never before. This gonna be the brawl to end it all up in here. We going to find out once and for all just who El Campeon be find out who the big dawg is around here on Voltage. And I have been looking forward to finding that shit out for almost a year now. Ever since I lost my championship by controversial means. I been on that comeback looking to show why I should still be the champion all along. But it just ain’t never come about until now and I ain’t bitching. I ain’t moaning. I ain’t complaining. I done did my time. Done put in that hard work. I am here because I earned it and that is something that even my opponent Adam Lucas agrees with. He been telling everyone. Ain’t nobody more deserving than TLA. TLA shoulda had this title shot a long ass time ago before a lot of the other contenders. But I did my time and won this shot fair and square.

TLA: Gonna show just why I am the Baddest Hombre on the Planet then now and forever. Cuz I know people are sick and tired of me saying it. I am sick and tired of having to say it and we are going to end this period of limbo that I have been stuck in for the longest. I got no problem with there being a champion around and that champion not being me if the champion is capable of proving that they better. Cuz that is how this whole system is supposed to work and I can tell that Adam got that same problem. He talking shit about Captain Charisma and Voltage management and he sick and tired of not being taken seriously as the champion. But we going to fix that one way or another. Either he going to show that he is the rightful World Champion here on Voltage or he going to find out that TLA is what he has said he is all along and that is El Campeon forever! When I slide all up in this shit fucking up all haters I see you know that it just be what I do and how I live and when I am filled with that fire here in Mexico you just know that makes me all the more hyped that shit is finally all coming together once and for all.

He’s beaten all the contenders that have been thrown at him so far here on Voltage and now he is facing the toughest one yet in yo boi. And he has a target on he back like no other! He target wide as fuck and imma take my shot and when I take my shot I just ain’t miss. Cuz y’all take a shot at el rey y’all best not miss. You know imma take that shot and imma shoot that crown right up and off he head. Then imma be el rey and you know imma reign for the longest. If I am wrong there is time for contemplation later on but until I am defeated and until Adam is defeated neither one of us is gonna have a sliver of self doubt in our minds that there is any possible way we could lose this match. But there gotta be a winner. There gotta be a loser. Gonna have to be someone who is gonna have to question they self and wonder if they really as good as they say they are. Gonna have to put that confidence in check and make a decision as to what they gonna do going forward. Gonna have to have them tough conversations y’all have to have with yourself on the morning after taking a hard L. I know you have been there before Adam. I have been there before. We have all been there before. But we ain’t wanna go there again. Cuz we wanna be the best. Adam says he is on a roll. He’s enjoying this title reign too much. But he admitted himself that he doesn’t feel he has made the most of his title reign. If he lost it now he would not look back on that shit with fondness he would not be real happy with how it went down. I look back on all my title reigns and they was good times. I had a lot of fun and I made the most of every minute taking on all the competition and enjoying them good lucha things. Adam can’t say the same tho. Not until he beats TLA. He needs this victory more than any victory ever in he whole career and if I wasn’t the person standing on the opposite side of the ring maybe I would be out there rooting for him to win.

TLA: In a lot of ways I wish that this did not have to happen Adam. I wish that y’all could get what you want without taking away from me what I want. But we are at a crossroads now holmes. Somos opuestos. We on opposite sides and our goals are incompatible with the other. In order to be the man you want to be and have the legado y reputacion that y’all want to have you gotta overcome TLA and that is just something I cannot allow. I can’t let you beat me Adam. I ain’t going to allow it and imma have to send you packin’ disappointed cuz this is a lucha that ain’t low stakes at all. I can’t afford to pull my punches when the World Championship is on the line. This is the type of match that you go all out for. That you ain’t stop fighting for. That you can’t show any kind of remorse, can’t show any type of respect, gotta keep on fighting until the very end. And that is what imma do. Imma step in that ring across from you Adam and imma be yo Halloween monster lurkin’ in them shadows and comin’ out all claws, all teeth, all tentacles, all scary n shit looking to tear yo ass apart. You see Adam I got much luv for EAW. I got much luv for lucha libre. I got much luv for EAW and it is my job and my duty as a luchador to hold absolutely nothing back out there. You are going to get what you want. You are going to get TLA at his absolute best. You are going to get an opportunity to beat me and take me down and accomplish your goal. You talk all about how you beating me will signal the beginning of the end of TLA’s career. You want real bad to believe that TLA’s body is breaking down. TLA is falling off. TLA is doubting himself. But all I see is projection. Cuz I ain’t said nothing to indicate none of that. I ain’t done anything to indicate none of that. I’ve been beastlier than ever in that ring. I be out here main eventing Pain for Prides and taking on World Champions on a regular basis. I prove week in and week out just why I am in the top tier of Elitists in this world and if y’all think that one loss to you is enough to destroy my career then you must think a lot of yourself. Cuz it ain’t like that at all, I’ve survived a lot worse. And you want to tell me about how much worse you’ve had it. You want to convince me that TLA hasn’t had it bad in the past when I was scrappin’ to survive on them streets. TLA is shown training in the gym for his upcoming match getting those last minute preparations in. TLA is wearing a hoodie as he jogs around the outskirts of the arena at night. Looking at all the lights and advertisements shining up for the big one. TLA gets his head in the game as he focuses on that cardio and does laps around the arena. After he has done enough he looks out at the arena one last time mentally preparing himself for the fight ahead before jogging off as the camera fades to black.​
