Gimmick: Drake King's ascension to Godhood has already been well documented, but his strength did not come without challenge, as the powers that be sought to crush his vision and prevent its manifestation. Their attempt failed, but thanks to the two and a half year long drought he went through, Drake has realized that he's at war with not just the wrestling industry but with the current state of society as a whole. Realizing that mankind has fallen down a dark, soulless path and is in desperate need of the holy spirit before its light is shut out for good, Drake's hand has been forced. Now, he's no longer out to save only the wrestling industry. He's out to save the world, because he's the only one who possibly can.
THE ETERNAL ABOVE

The Eternal Above: The Eternal Above is more than a church. It is a Heaven on Earth, based in Hudson Valley, with the goal of guiding the less fortunate to the gates of a new eden, and live lives of eternal peace under the loving arms of their God, Drake King. Discourse has surrounded the true purpose of this church with statements floating around such as one stating “The church is really a front more akin to a cult, manipulating people coming from broken households & rough lives just to stroke Drake King's ego”, but sources say these are all unsubstantiated claims and are in no way a reflection of Drake King's intentions nor his personality.1 John 2:25: And this is the promise that he made to us–eternal life
Minister Boveri: Lydia Boveri is a former victim of substance abuse who was abandoned by society, being deemed a lost cause, delusional and even unwell. This changed when she was brought to The Eternal Above. Her gradual recovery led Lydia to believe that she had not only been blessed, but “saved” and chosen by God. Her devotion led her to be chosen to be a Minister at The Eternal Above, where she helps take the lead in preaching, holding ceremonies, welcoming new members and more. While Sister Annabelle is the calm voice of reason, Minister Boveri is the opposite. Lacking both the professionalism and impartiality of the former, Minister Boveri feeds entirely into Drake's delusions and encourages whatever means will remove those in his way. To her, anyone who stands in the way of God must be the spawn of Satan.

Sister Annabelle: Sister Annabelle was paid to be Drake's advocate due to her long lasting loyalty following the fall of New Eden- which was an event that caused her former belief to waver. Unlike most in the church Annabelle is not a blind follower, and can see when Drake's mind isn't actually on the future he promised, so she may often disagree with many of his antics and plans, as she has no problem speaking back to him. Her more logical perspective was enough to keep her around, thanks to the fact that she is best fit to pitch the church to outsiders, but she often takes it upon herself to be a voice of reason. This of course is often undercut by Drake's disliking for criticism, so while she is the most likely person used to speak with those outside of the church, such as those in Elite Answers Wrestling, it isn't unusual for Minister Boveri to be asked to replace her.

Father Abraham: NEVER referred to as “Father” by Drake King. Mark Abraham is the Pastor of The Eternal Above, and as a result is the main preacher. Unlike Sister Annabelle and Minister Boveri he hardly ever makes appearances outside of the church, but he has filmed enough promotional videos for it to be considered the direct face of it, below only God himself in its hierarchy. Father Abraham has the most ominous presence of the church thanks to his clear loyalty to Drake King despite his elderly age and the fact that he seemingly lived an otherwise normal life. Not much else is known about Abraham to outsiders as he spends the majority of his time working with those within The Eternal Above.

- When writing Drake, please remember how delusional he is. He believes he never competed in the 2023 King of Elite tournament, or in any of the Gary Daniels matches (including the 2024 Grand Rampage). Along with this, he believes he defeated Jamie O'Hara at Shock Value 2024, even though this obviously is not true.
