NAME: [ERIS MORTI]
EAW ELITIST | ALSO KNOWN AS [REDACTED]

I'm impressed by the generosity, Mister Golde. Very kind of you to offer a rookie like me advice on how to be a star, but that's not what I have any desire to be. I don't want to be a star. I want an opponent that'll get my blood pumping, and I don't think you can be that.

I guess I should've expected my words to fly over your heads. You don't seem to be very smart, but worse, you have what you want and it has given you all the arrogance in the world. Someone like this was never going to be eager to respect someone like me and at the very least entertain the ideas I presented, but that's fine. I'm okay with being disrespected as long as you show up where it matters, which is why I'm curious as to where all of this confidence will get you when it really matters. Anyone can talk, and everyone will talk because that's the kind of company this is. It is one that enables anyone to make as grand of promises as they want no matter what they're truly capable of, and truthfully, it's an inoffensive problem. You're not doing anyone harm through words alone, but there is a downside to these occurrences and it's the fact that the increasing amount of empty threats makes it more difficult to spot the true threats. Even the lowest of the low could claim to be the best to ever do it. Even the most pitiful of Elitists can call themselves Gods, and as long as they have the chance and the freedom to speak, there is nothing we can do about it. Again, inoffensive, but I'd be much happier without this.

I'd prefer it if I didn't have to have my time spent against opponents who I'm certain will crack the moment they're hit just a bit too hard. It is true that nature ultimately favors the strong and that they're the ones who survive, but what does this have to do with you? What strength have you displayed in your career? I tried to think of a moment where this may have occurred, but I truly couldn't do it. Perhaps I just haven't done enough research on you, because what I have seen up to this point has painted you as anything but strong. You cling to the New Breed Championship not for the sake of enjoying the fruits of your labor, but because you know that it's the only thing validating a career that has not been very interesting. You have allowed a single belt to define you, and yet you're not even cautious enough to prepare for the challenges ahead of you. It's a shame that this is who I'll be picking up my third victory in EAW against, but for what it's worth, the fact that you're the New Breed Champion may just benefit me in the long run. Even if you do turn out to be the disappointment I'm fearing you'll be, the fact that I'll hold a victory over a current Champion so early in my career may invite more… Eager competition. I'm far from the only person to debut with this company recently, and I'm sure that a good amount of the newcomers are looking to prove themselves however they can. Even those who've been around for a good period of time tend to carry a chip on their shoulder, so it's only a matter of time before I'm able to find more alluring options for opponents. More eyes on me wouldn't be a bad thing if it increases the level of competition I face on a consistent basis, and I suppose that is where you come in, since this is your thing. All you care about is having all eyes on you. Even now you've put almost as much focus on your views as you have your opponents, so on Sunday, it'll be like you said. I will be sucking the “clout” from the New Breed Champion, just like an insect.

Only, I don't intend to stop there.

I don't want this match to end until you're lifeless, whether it's because you exhausted everything you had in an effort to take down both Sayuri Himura and myself, or because you were forced to endure whatever punishment I dealt to you until you simply couldn't take anymore. No matter the case, I don't want this to be a match that ends before it could even get good. Wrestling isn't being pushed to the fullest extent if blood isn't being spilled and our very lives aren't being put to the test, and I don't know if someone like you is capable of giving me the kind of test I'm looking for. You're not a wrestler who can put my time in this industry into question, because even as a Champion I don't find it hard to tell that you're not capable of keeping up with me. Not when you're a representative of a version of professional wrestling that, while popular, is an antithesis of everything this sport is meant to be. You represent the sanitized version of professional wrestling that has begun to prioritize internet virality over the blood, sweat and tears that built this industry from the ground up in the first place. It's why I believe your only use in this match is to fulfill your role and grant me the spotlight necessary to find people willing to humor me. I'd be surprised for you to be anything but weak, though to be clear, I am walking into this match with an open mind. I'd be glad to be surprised and learn that there is more than meets the eye with you. I am just saying that this surprise has not yet arrived.

Change my mind about you, Champion. I'd prefer not to believe you don't exist solely for the cameras that are on you, but if I must pummel you in front of your supporters and your new friend alike for this night to be worthwhile, I'll be sure to give them a good show.

One I look forward to Miss Himura being part of.

Hmm… I guess you did speak too Diego, though I'm not sure If it's any way worth acknowledging. It is humorous, I'll admit. I am your type of dangerous? Funny words from such a fragile person, but I don't believe your comedy will get you out of this. I feel I've already left you with the statement you needed to hear, as much of what I said to Clayton Golde also applies to you. You do everything he does but worse, despite likely having the potential to be better. You're a weird one, though you know that yourself. You even chose to take pride in your weakness, though I'm not sure pride is the word that should be used when you fool yourself into believing that your cowardice is for our sake rather than yours. You know that it's possible for you to do more, which is why you said something, just one thing that truly piqued my interest. You said that your flashes of “greatness” is something you are capable of when an opponent is worthy of the real you.

It feels strange for me to be the one given a goal to reach, but sure. I will play along.

It won't be easy. It is a tag team match, and unfortunately the circumstances of this match have made it even less likely that I'm able to pull something substantial out of you. However, Cody Maverick came close. You had a somewhat inspired performance back then, which makes me wonder just what it'd take for you to reach the next level entirely. I want to find out, Diego. It may not be this Sunday. It may not happen for a long time. For all I know I may not even be lucky enough to have it happen this season. However, I do intend to make the effort while I can, which is why I find it so important that you're sure you can keep up and that your words now aren't just mindless, weightless promises. I truly don't want this to be a match that ends before it gets good. It would be a waste, and I don't think any of us would gain anything from a match like that. You're weeks away from a New Breed Championship match, Diego. Are you really going to risk defeat against the two of us? Two women who are only entering their third match in this company? As enticing as this match may appear to you, I can assure you that with the wrong approach this will be nothing more than a nightmare. You don't want to walk into your Championship match in defeat, and you certainly don't want to walk in hurt. You need this match more than you let on, or at the very least, you need to be able to survive this match. Viewing your opponents this week as if they're not a problem whatsoever is not how you achieve that.

I understand you have a reputation to uphold, as strange as it may be, but don't you think it would be fun doing something you've never done before? Getting to experience the kind of thrill you've never been able to throughout your time here, and having the opportunity to set a new precedent for your own career going forward. I suppose what you're currently doing works for you, for now at least, but if you'd like to keep my attention I think it should be clear by now what you need to do. I'm not taking the bare minimum, Diego. The bare minimum is what I spent years facing prior to my arrival to EAW. The bare minimum is what appears to be the standard for the wrestlers of today, which is precisely what is stopping them from achieving the heights they're capable of climbing to. It's boring, and I'd really appreciate it if I could spend my time in the company at the very pinnacle of this industry without having to endure the same boredom that nearly killed my love of this sport entirely. You and Clayton Golde are not a duo I could possibly have much faith in, and you don't even have the benefit of serving as a worthy stepping stool to invite true challengers. All I can rely on is your word, but how much could your word possibly be good for?

You're a man of many promises. The kind of man who was always going to walk into this match expecting nothing less than an easy victory, and it's because of this that you're the kind of man who more often than not fails to have his way. I obviously don't believe you when you insinuate that you do what you do because we're not good enough for you. Your words sound like very obvious excuses, but I may as well treat your words as if they're at least potentially true for the time being, because there is no harm in entertaining you. The worst case scenario is that you bore me, and the best is that you turn out to be someone worth keeping an eye on. You're not going to scare me, and to be honest I don't really see any use in being offended by your words, either. I'd just like to see just how honest you were being all this time. This is an important time for you, Diego. I am sure that deep down Clayton understands that he can't allow himself to appear weak. It is why he tried to take a shot at you on Voltage despite your supposed friendship. You claim to be allies and yet deep down you know that when it matters most you will be enemies, and the last thing you want to show your enemies is weakness.

Would you so easily allow Clayton Golde to know that you are weak?

That doesn't seem like what someone planning to win the New Breed Championship would do, but you still have Sunday night to turn this around. Surprise me.
