It’s Thursday, and you know what that means? It means that Operation: Doomsday is rapidly approaching. It means that I am on the cusp of a second Interwire Title defense. It means that, for only one more day, do I have to hear the annoying, grating voices of both Ryan Wilson and Drake Armstrong. Because come Saturday night, the time for talk is over. The bell has to ring, and that’s when they’ll be exposed. Until then, I’ll grace you guys with my presence one to two more times. So, consider yourselves blessed. Now, who to start with? You know what? I’ll stick to the formula. I’ll start with you, Ryan. Understand that, yes, I don’t actually care what these fans have to say about me, nor what the EAW locker room does. Though I'm not blind, deaf, dumb, or stupid, I do hear them, and I’m entitled to a response, right? Well, my response is that they’re wrong. They’re wrong about me, and they’re wrong about us. They really think that you’re better than me. Ryan, you even think it. But I know it’s the opposite way around. I know that I’m better than you, and Operation: Doomsday, I’m going to prove it, mainly to myself. The people in our audience? The people in the back? They’re just along for the ride. And yes, get a Plan B ready. Already, start to ask yourself “what’s next for Ryan Wilson?” Because it isn’t hitching a ride onto me anymore. I mean, you’re not winning this Interwire Championship. Get it through your thick skull. Also, get it through your thick skull that the only reason you have two wins over me is because you hid behind a stipulation. A stipulation that you created. A stipulation that doesn guarantee the better wrestler will win, which is Chained Fury. Hell, you even hid behind a stipulation at Territorial Invasion, because I pinned you for a second time that night, and the only reason it got overlooked is because both Bethany Blue and Lexi were there to save your ass. And regardless of the result, does it really take away from the fact that I carried you? Everyone will tell you that I was the entertainment of that team, I was the brawns of that team, I was the brains of that team, which is what makes the end of our rivalry so tragic. The better man didn’t win. At Operation: Doomsday, the better man will, and that’s me. Now, it feels like every one of these you feel the need to bring up either Andre or Albert. You claim that I “need” them. Otherwise, I couldn’t get anything done on my own. Ryan, the first time I won this title was on my own, and if you wanna talk more recent, let’s do that. See, you’re focusing on one loss that I had against Ms. Extreme, and blaming it on the fact that Albert wasn’t ringside. Simply put, Ms. Extreme got lucky. That’s all it is.

But what happened that following week? I bounced back, and was Albert there to help me out with Mitsu? No, he wasn’t. Was Albert there to help me out in the match I had with Rory Slate? No, he wasn’t. Was Albert there to help us out in that six-man tag with Haircare Kings, and 420s? No, he wasn’t. That was all me leading you guys to victory. So, do I need Albert Hitchman to accomplish anything? No. But will I use Albert Hitchman to accomplish some things? Sure. After all, he is a resource at my disposal. Why not use it? Why work hard when I can smarter, amirite? Yeah, you can complain, claim my victories are worth “less than losses.” But again, you can check the record books, and there’ll be a W next to my name, and an L next to the losers name. So, who cares? Ryan, I am sick of you talking down to me, and trying to tell me what I should do. Take your advice, and shove it up your ass. Why would I follow advice from Ryan Wilson? To have a career like yours? No thanks. I’m having a fantastic career myself at the moment, which is being the Interwire Champion, something you’re not, and something you will never be. So, sorry I don’t lie awake at night, thinking about this hypothetical scenario, or that hypothetical scenario. I’m happy, which is all that matters. So, moving on. Drake Armstrong. I’ll be honest, I skipped and fast forwarded until I heard my name being called, because you talk a lot, and I already have to sit here, and waste my time, so I prefer not to waste any extra. For starters, I knew it. I knew that line was coming from a mile away. Yes, Cy Henderson beat me, but it doesn’t take away what I said. In fact, it emphasizes it. I said that Cy is barely scraping out victories, and at Reckless Wiring, that’s exactly what he did. He barely scraped out a victory over me, because I dominated him for a majority of that match. I even outsmarted him at the start of it. But enough about Cy Henderson, because the real talking point came from when you said that Operation: Doomsday would be a “decimation.” Isn’t that funny? You promising total decimation over me? Despite being half my size? Despite possessing half my strength? Despite having none of my brains? Yes, Drake, I’d like to see you decimate me, but I’m gonna find myself disappointed, because you won’t. This is all talk. At Operation: Doomsday, I wouldn’t be surprised if, instead of decimating me, you ran away from me. Which isn’t a bad idea by the way. Drake, run away. Run away, because you don’t want to fight me. You don’t want to go down this road. Besides, you’re “The Future,” right? There’ll always be chances, there’ll always be opportunities. I mean, every dog has its day. But this? This won’t be yours.

Remember, I said there are two sides of me to watch out for. The side that is focused, the side that is serious? That’s the side you don’t want, because you’re not ready for what I’m willing to do in order to retain my championship. Aw, who am I kidding? Let’s be honest, these pleas are gonna fall on deaf ears. But you’re gonna wish they hadn’t. And Drake, nice little spin on things. I talk about the proving people wrong business, you talk about the “proving people right” business. Well, the proving people wrong business spans back a long time. I’ve been proving people wrong since my debut here in Elite Answers Wrestling. No one thought that I could waltz in, and defeat a multiple time champion here, but I did. The people in our audience hate my guts, that’s been established, but I became so good, they were forced to acknowledge it. They were forced to recognize me as having carried Ryan to feud of the year. I’ve been proving people wrong for a long time. Everytime they say I can’t do something, I go out, and do it. Hence the Interwire Championship being around my shoulder, because how many times did I have to deal with people stating that I’d never get it back? Plenty. But this isn’t about me. This is about you. Drake, congratulations, you’ve been proving people right. Apparently, at least. But at Operation: Doomsday, you’re going to prove all the people in your corner wrong. But maybe this doesn’t span to just Operation: Doomsday. Maybe this spans to run here in general, because you’re a rising star with tons of momentum. When you’ve been around since 2019, you tend to see those come and go. Yeah, you can say “well, that’s not going to be me.” But I’m sure Delilah Rose said that same thing before joining Devolution. “Amir Yusuf? That’s not going to be me.” Then she turned out to be just like him. Granted, you’re not Delilah Rose, but that’s just an example. Theron Nikolas promised to turn this championship into the most prestigious on Dynasty, yet here I am, doing exactly that, and he’s out on the shelf. People say things, then do another. It’s a test as old as time. You say that you’ll reach the point of perfection. Will you actually follow through? Who knows? If you do, color me surprised. Drake, I’ve never denied the fact that you’re a talented individual. Your nickname IS fitting. You are the future of Elite Answers Wrestling, amongst many other names like Hans Grayson and Michael Machina. But everyone’s path to the top is different. Drake, if you want to hold “multiple World Championships” down the line, then you’ve got to build to that. However, I, nor this Interwire Title will be your stepping stone to greater heights. Maybe the New Breed Title, maybe the Tag Team Titles, but NOT The Interwire Title.

The Interwire Title is mine, and will remain that way.
